I hold a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University of New Brunswick, specializing in counselling and psychotherapy. With diverse experience in the field, I have acquired valuable skills and knowledge to support individuals in their mental health journey.

Therapy

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for helping others overcome challenges and live fulfilling lives. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, promoting self-discovery, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Expertise

Through specialized training and ongoing professional development, I stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices. My expertise includes trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based therapy, and cognitive-behavioral interventions.
